There is a no-returns policy for change of mind due to pieces being individual and handmade. 

If there is an issue with a piece delivered (damaged etc) contact needs to be made in writing via email at analazovski@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of delivery and photos provided. 

The piece must be unworn and will be tested to see if it has been worn.

The return costs of the item are at the purchaser's expense and must be trackable and in the same packaging as sent.  No refunds are issued but a credit note in the name of the original purchaser will be emailed.
